Return Policy
If you need to return a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch with us so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that all deliveries must be checked before signing for them as being in good condition. This will not be accepted as a valid reason for returning an item.
Returns from Our Shop and Warehouse Stock
Items from our shop and warehouse stock may be returned within 28 days. If you would like to return anything, please contact our Customer Care team. Subject to our discretion, we may refund the cost of the product minus a handling charge, which can be up to 15%. Refunds can only be issued if products are returned in their original packaging and in 'as new' condition.
Special Non-Stock Orders and Custom Products
Once a special non-stock order has been processed (usually within 24 hours), the cancellation of non-stock parts cannot be accepted. We also cannot accept returns for any custom-made products or where we have advised so beforehand. If we determine that a product has been fitted incorrectly, resulting in a fault, we will return the item to you at your cost, and no refund will be issued.
Carriage Charges
Carriage charges will be deducted from your order. Please note that you are responsible for all carriage charges when returning a product.
