Deposit & Booking Terms and Conditions

  • The quoted work is based on the information provided. Additional work may incur extra charges.

  • A deposit is required to secure your booking date and time. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

  • Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice.

  • If you cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit may be transferred to a future booking (subject to availability).

  • If you reschedule with more than 72 hours’ notice, the deposit may be transferred to a new booking date (subject to availability).

  • If we are unable to start work at the agreed time due to customer delay (e.g. 15 minutes or more), this may be treated as a cancellation and the deposit may be forfeited.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any equipment not supplied by us is available, complete, and compatible prior to the appointment.

  • If, on the day of the appointment, the provided equipment is incomplete, incompatible, or unsuitable for installation, this will be treated as a cancellation and the deposit will be forfeited.

  • Special order or custom items are non-refundable once the deposit has been received and the order has been placed.

  • If we are unable to carry out the work due to circumstances within our control, a full refund of the deposit will be provided or the appointment will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

  • Appointment times are approximate and may be subject to delays due to previous jobs.

  • We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g. weather, illness, or supply issues).

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full before or upon collection of the vehicle.
