Deposit & Booking Terms and Conditions
The quoted work is based on the information provided. Additional work may incur extra charges.
A deposit is required to secure your booking date and time. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice.
If you cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit may be transferred to a future booking (subject to availability).
If you reschedule with more than 72 hours’ notice, the deposit may be transferred to a new booking date (subject to availability).
If we are unable to start work at the agreed time due to customer delay (e.g. 15 minutes or more), this may be treated as a cancellation and the deposit may be forfeited.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any equipment not supplied by us is available, complete, and compatible prior to the appointment.
If, on the day of the appointment, the provided equipment is incomplete, incompatible, or unsuitable for installation, this will be treated as a cancellation and the deposit will be forfeited.
Special order or custom items are non-refundable once the deposit has been received and the order has been placed.
If we are unable to carry out the work due to circumstances within our control, a full refund of the deposit will be provided or the appointment will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Appointment times are approximate and may be subject to delays due to previous jobs.
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g. weather, illness, or supply issues).
The remaining balance must be paid in full before or upon collection of the vehicle.
